2. No Refund Policy – Standard
Due to the intangible nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the IPTV subscription is activated and credentials have been delivered.
However, exceptions may apply under the following conditions:
- You did not receive your login credentials within 24 hours of payment.
- The service was completely non-functional (and not due to user-side issues like poor internet or incompatible device).

3. Trial Period

6. Chargebacks
